Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service of the Riskframer service, operated by EasyFunds LLC ("EasyFunds," "we," "us," or "our").
Summary
All subscription payments to Riskframer are final and non-refundable.
If this concerns you, we strongly encourage you to use the 14-day free trial to evaluate the Service before subscribing.
1. No Refunds
Once your card has been charged for a Riskframer Pro subscription (monthly, annual, or any add-on), the payment is non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to:
- You decided not to use the Service after paying.
- You found the Service did not meet your expectations.
- You changed brokers, trading strategy, or no longer wish to trade.
- The Service experienced bugs, downtime, or other temporary issues.
- You forgot to cancel before the trial ended.
- You forgot to cancel before a renewal.
- You experienced trading losses while using (or while not using) the Service.
- You closed or transferred your account.
- We terminated your account due to a breach of our Terms of Service.
This applies to all subscription tiers, billing intervals, and add-ons.
2. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refund are different actions:
- Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings or by emailing
legal@riskframer.com. After cancellation, you continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period — you are not refunded for the remaining time. - Refund would return money already paid. We do not offer refunds.
If you cancel a monthly subscription on day 5, you keep access for the remaining 25 days but receive no refund for those 25 days.
If you cancel an annual subscription on day 30, you keep access for the remaining 11 months but receive no refund.
3. Free Trial
To reduce the risk of paying for something you don't want, we offer a 14-day free trial at signup. The trial requires a valid payment method, but no charge is made during the trial period.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee, and no refund will be issued afterwards, including if you forget to cancel.
We send reminder emails before the trial ends to help you avoid unintended charges.
4. Failed or Duplicate Charges
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges: if you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
- Unauthorized charges: if you can demonstrate that the charge was made fraudulently (e.g., your account was compromised) and provide reasonable evidence.
In such cases, contact legal@riskframer.com with the transaction details. We will investigate and respond within 14 days.
Issuance of a discretionary refund in one case does not waive this no-refund policy or create an entitlement for future refund requests.
5. Mandatory Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you a right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund that cannot be waived (for example, certain EU member states under the EU Consumer Rights Directive), those rights are not affected by this policy.
For digital services: in many EU jurisdictions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content/services once performance has begun with your prior express consent. By starting your subscription (including by activating the free trial), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires upon the start of performance, to the extent permitted by law.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under mandatory law in your jurisdiction, contact legal@riskframer.com with details, and we will assess your request.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly prefer to resolve any payment dispute directly. If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your account.
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of your subscription agreement.
- Block future signups from your payment method.
